Reservation agreement

Read these terms, then sign the agreement below. Once it is submitted you will get a copy by email and the payment link to send your reservation fee.

What reservation fees do we collect?

  1. A $200 reservation fee is requested when you join the waitlist of your choice. This fee is transferrable to any other list at any time with no penalty.
  2. A second reservation fee of $300 is requested when you claim your puppy, usually on Puppy Selection Day. That brings your total reservation to $500, and all of it is deducted from the cost of your puppy.
  3. If you are claiming a puppy that went unclaimed through Puppy Selection Day, the reservation is $500 up front, because you are not coming from the waitlist.
  4. (Optional) Breeding rights: $500 to hold the breeder pick spot. Must be approved in advance.
  5. (Optional) Puppy Preschool: $500 to hold the spot. Limited spots available.

Before you reserve a puppy, please make sure you have reviewed that puppy’s information and approved the go-home date on our website.

Reservation fee terms

  1. By placing a reservation fee for any reason, the buyer understands it is a commitment to work with Doodles & Doxies towards bringing home a puppy. All fees sent are nonrefundable, and will be deducted from the total cost of your puppy.
  2. If Doodles & Doxies makes the unforeseeable decision that you are no longer a good fit for the reserved puppy or the waitlist, all reservation fees will be refunded as an apology for the inconvenience of this decision.
  3. All reservation fees must be applied to a puppy within two years of the date sent, unless an extension has been discussed in writing.
  4. If you are on one of the waitlists, please respond when we reach out about an available puppy that matches your preferences. If there is no response to communication attempts within a six month period, Doodles & Doxies has the right to remove you from the waitlist and your reservation fee will be considered forfeited. We will reach out by text, then email, and finally a call if we have been unsuccessful by the first two.
  5. Our prices fluctuate based on market demand and expenses, and they also vary based on the color and gender of the puppy you will be selecting. When submitting your $200 waitlist reservation fee you are not choosing a puppy at that time, and therefore a guaranteed price point is not promised. When you choose your puppy, you are accepting the price listed on the website, and it will not change as long as your pup is reserved.

Sending your reservation fee

By submitting your reservation fee you are agreeing to the terms above.

You can pay at no extra cost by choosing bank transfer and opting out of the processor’s buyer protection. Paying by credit or debit card adds a 3.3% processing fee, charged by the card processor rather than by us. Opting out of buyer protection means your payment is not covered by the processor’s guarantee.
