Jennifer was amazing! She was flexible with my schedule when it came to picking up my puppy and was so kind. The puppy I received is super healthy due to Jennifer’s care when his mom was pregnant and the first 9 weeks of my puppy’s life!
Jennifer was so easy to work with. She responds quickly to questions. She gave us many different options in choosing our puppy from a litter that would be available in a month to upcoming litters. She shared pictures of the parent dogs. We were thrilled that our new puppy Cocoa would come home and she has been a great puppy. Smart, playful and it’s adapting well. Jennifer is always available to us with any questions.
Jennifer was always available to discuss needs and FaceTime w puppies to help select the right one.
Jennifer was super transparent about everything. We drove 6 hours to pick up Dolly and she’s so sweet and is catching on quick.

She answered my questions throughout the process and went above and beyond to ensure I was matched with the right puppy for me. The transportation process was very smooth. She works with an excellent flight nanny. We are thrilled that Hazel has become part of our family.
